Restaurant with their own brewery, Bun Dubh.

Highly regarded restaurant specialising in local produce run by Polly. Booking recommended.

The Bun Dubh brewery was set up by Polly's partner, Duncan. There is an environmental focus at the brewery with reusable containers in use and solar panels to heat the water for brewing. Bun Dubh beers are currently exclusive to the restaurant.
