Unit 89 Springvale Industrial Estate, Springvale, Cwmbran, NP44 5BH (View on Google Map)

This is an other drinking establishment and you may be charged for entrance at certain times.

Cafe Bar.

A 2020 start-up venture with a nanobrewery that brought a return of brewing to the industrial estate (Silverthorne's once brewed nearby in the 80s). Brewing is intermittent so a taste of the beer brewed on the premises is hit and miss. The business trades as a popular coffee house and bistro and has already forged links with its local community. On arrival at the premises the building looks like any other factory unit until you go around the corner to see an attractive covered area and garden. The interior offers a smart modern environment with the brewing kit visible on the left. It is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy good coffee, a drink, and a tasty treat. Breakfast served from 9am and lunch from 11am, both until 3pm.
