The micropub in this market town opened in 2016 in what was previously a clothes shop. The front windows feature Art Deco-style stained glass. The single room has the bar at one side sporting four handpumps offering a range of local brewery beers. A large range of gins is also kept. Wooden bar-back fittings have recently been added. Winter opening times and number of beers may vary. Friendly atmosphere. Comfortable easy chairs.
