A historic independent free house, refurbished throughout, this comfortable inn provides consistently high quality beers, meals, service and accommodation. A central room with bar and casual seating provide for chat, coffee and cakes. There are two separate public dining rooms in smart country relaxed style and a private dining room. A patio area of local wood construction leads onto the large garden with outdoor seating. . Located by the village green and part ruined church. The historic Oxborough Hall (National Trust) is adjacent.
