Formerly the Castle, this pub reopened as the Priory in June 2004 after a complete makeover. The pub closed in 2011 but opened again in June 2012 as Joules, a cocktail and wine bar. There is one long bar with bare boards, with a more intimate lower tiled section at the back leading to a patio area out the back. It re-opened late 2023 as Cloonys, a cocktail and shisha bar.
