New licencee took over the pub in October 2022. Back street local in the heart of a built up area away from the shops and high street. This open plan pub dates from the late 19th century and still retains a traditional appearance. A large garden at the front attracts holiday makers as well as locals. Popular Sunday roast. Free pool on Wednesdays. May remain open beyond shown opening hours if sufficient demand.
