The Parsons Collar is owned by the adjacent 4 Star Solent Hotel. Both are owned by Thwaites of Blackburn. The Pub regularly serves 5 Thwaites Ales (brands now owned and brewed by the Marston's Group). The pub has a traditional stone floored interior and a good outside pub garden.
