This Pub is Permanently Closed

A large modern pub next to the Leisure World entertainment complex. Originally opened around early 1998 and then a Tom Cobleigh pub. Reopened October 2016 after a long period of closure and fitted out with comfortable furnishings and made to look old style with fireplaces, wood screens, stained, leaded & etched glass and intricate mouldings. At the time of survey the pub had just opened and was still finding its feet, with a limited range of real ale and no food. Food service did start up in early 2017 but this continued to be erratic.
