This Pub is Permanently Closed

This was somewhere in Canute's Pavilion, the shopping and leisure part of Ocean Village Marina. The complex was built in 1986 but lacked commercial success and we think all businesses had closed by mid 2000. Permission to demolish Canute's Pavilion and redevelop the site was granted December 2001.

This probably closed here 1989/1990 when the business transferred to Town Quay pier (see Cuccini's HAS/00523), but that area didn't work for this type of business either.
