One of Greene King's Hungry Horse chain; a modest public bar area is complemented by much more extensive dining areas, including a mezzanine upstairs and a patio overlooking Monks Brook.

As of February 2026 there were two handpumps, one with main brand non-real cider clips and the other showing Morland Old Golden Hen.
