Named after the heroine of Charles Kingsley's Westward Ho! this is a large JD Wetherspoons pub in a former carpet shop in the centre of Bideford. To the front is a covered patio area (not for smoking) fronted by pillars onto Bridgeland Street. Up to seven real ales can be dispensed at the bar and real ciders are served in abundance. A range of good pub food is available throughout the day.Up to 12 real ciders can be available.
