This Pub is Permanently Closed

Attractive roadside pub on the South Molton to Bampton road, near the village of West Anstey. The Jubilee reopened in September 2015, following almost three years of closure and a major refurbishment. The large, open plan bar area has Sky TV, pool table and an open fire, while there is an attractive restaurant to one side. Pool, skittle and dart teams play from the pub and various local activities are also hosted. Six guest room all have flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as an iPod docking station and a CD player Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Retrospective planning permission for change to residential was granted OCT 24 - North Devon Council - ref 78968 - Retrospective application for change of use from former public house and associated manager's accommodation to 2 no. dwellings
