Active Campaign

The Bratton Fleming Community Benefit Society Ltd is campaigning to save this pub. The BFCBS has been working closely with the Parish Council. The have a professional valuation of the property, and have made on offer to the owner of the pub (an offer which was rejected). The are exploring a compulsory purchase order (CPO) with North Devon Council. The current owner submitted a planning application towards the end of 2021 which was refused, and an appeal, that was also unsuccessful.
