A Greene King pub consisting of large L-shaped bar/room with contemporary decor offering value traditional pub food. Outside to the front/side is a patio/garden with benches and children's slide.

Six handpumps but usually only two in use. Greene King Abbot is offered in bottles and is on cask during busy times of the year.

Many years ago the pub was called the Railway Hotel; it retains some of the etched windows with this name.
