Opened in summer of 2019 and named after Christopher Bell, known as Kitty Bill, a 19th century blacksmith at Seaton Carew. This cafe/bar (although no food at present) is located close to the amusement arcades on the Front and is open plan with three separate drinking areas, comfortable seating and several booths for large groups. A large long 'L' shaped bar offers a range of keg drinks including beers, continental lagers, ciders and Guinness. Wines and cocktails are also available from a comprehensive menu. Still yet to be persuaded to sell real ale. Complimentary snacks are provided with drinks. The bar is popular on weekend evenings.
