This former amusement arcade is now better served as the town's first micro pub, where soon enough the friendly regulars get to know your name. It's akin to walking into your own living room, with a superb bar already well stacked up with beers and ciders.

Situated on the seafront, opposite Redcar's Beacon, and where the 7,000 years old petrified forest can be seen at low tide, a warm welcome is extended to CAMRA members, locals and visitors alike.

Three interesting real beers are served, dropping to two in winter. Third pint glasses are available. A wide selection of cans are also available.

No food, but visitors are welcome to bring in their take-aways from nearby pizza and fish & chip shops.

The pub gets rave reviews on social media. Recent local branch CAMRA Pub of the Season.

Reported on 12/8/23 that this establishment is now "Card Payment Only".

Historic Interest

Redcar's 7,000 year old petrified forest can be seen at low tide, and which were revealed during the 2018 storms. Previously, evidence of antlers and boars tusks have been uncovered.
