Usually called 'the Back Alex', used to be the separate tap for the old Alexandra Hotel. Situated at the back of Amber St. near the top promenade, the Alex has three interconnected rooms of which the centre is the bar. Pool room, comfortable lounge with stage, toasted sandwiches.Reported July 2011 as only having cask during Folk Festival. For review.
