This Pub is Closed Long Term
Refurbished following a 16 month closure and re-opened in April, 2018. Large bar on a corner at the West end of the High Street built 1845 reputedly haunted, reported sightings of a Victorian girl, a little girl that runs around the building and a man dressed in railway uniform close to the King Edward VII coronation clock and the site of the original Redcar railway station. As of June 2019, please check that the pub is open if making a long journy, as recent reports suggest that it is closed.
