A large, single bar pub with many seating and socialising areas. Darts are played and there are two pool tables. There's sports TV and regular discos and karaoke every Sunday. There's also live music twice monthly.

Historic Interest

A report in the Ipswich Journal** in Sep 1880 states that : Died on the 21st after a day’s illness, aged 53, Elizabeth, wife of Edward Moye of the Red Lion Inn. Photographs of this pub and more historical information about it can be found at suffolk.camra.org.uk/pub/538
