The Sun is a Family & Dog Friendly pub, with multiple screen showing sport and a recently renovated Beer garden. The Beer garden is sometimes used for live entertainment in the summer months and the pub has two open fires for the wintertime. The pub has a large function room available for hire.

The Kitchen is open daily 12pm-5pm (Exc Monday) and the pub offers Roast Dinners every Sunday 12pm-4.30pm.
