This Pub is Permanently Closed

Former pub of significant historical interest and importance sadly allowed to be converted to housing by East Riding Council despite a spirited campaign by local CAMRA.

The pub was closed in 2004 after the retirement of the licensee and sold to a local builder. The development of the site also included the building of a detached house on the car park.
