Reopened and fully refurbished in October 2021. A corner pub in a busy multi cultural area on Spring Bank. The pub dates back to the 1820s and backed on to the horse drawn vehicle fire station. Fast becoming a popular rock venue on certain nights. A short walk from the bus and train interchange. Hotels nearby. Offers between 2 and 5 real ales on the bar. Usually more cask beers available at weekends.
