Re-opened 23rd July 2025. Bought by a local consortium and has been fully refurbished including the rooms upstairs which are to be made available for overnight accommodation (each room is named after a lost Otley pub). A three-tiered courtyard beer garden to the rear of the building includes a glowing stone sunken well. Children welcome until 9pm.
