Re-opened under new name on 25 April 2025. The building was originally a bank. There is a single long room with a wooden floor and tiled bar. As you enter there are four grandfather clocks on a ledge at 1st floor level. Black and white photos of Oakwood and Roundhay Park adorn the walls.
Upstairs is a bao kitchen and seating, plus the toilets. There is outside seating with a covered awning with views of Oakwood clock after which the bar is named. The food offering is provided by BaoBros23.
