This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

Restaurant in an impressive edifice, the first building in Leeds to be built of Portland stone, the first in Leeds and was formally owned by the Pearl Assurance Company. The other half of the of the building is occupied by Foleys Tap House.
