This Pub is Permanently Closed

A roadhouse on the now relatively quiet A20, The Horse & Groom is known to have traded since around 1805 until its final closure in 2016, although it had effectively been a restaurant since 2008. It is thought to have been a Whitbread tied house in the latter half of the 20th century.
