This pub was built along with the surrounding village, alongside the local shopping centre and car park. It opened as the 'Greek Plough' with an appropriately themed interior. It subsequently became 'The Plough', then in 2008 converted to 'Sim's Bar & Restaurant'. It reverted to 'The Plough' in 2018, following a major refurbishment by Ei Group (Enterprise Inns). The pub now comprises a large open-plan interior in two distinct parts: lounge and dining on the left. bar area on the right. There is recorded music and several sports TVs. The menu includes lunchtime specials and Sunday roasts. At the front is a patio with picnic tables. Bus 5 to Leicester stops outside.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer (Usually a well-known brand) and 2 regular beers.
