In 2018, a major refurbishment by Ei Group (Enterprise Inns). The pub now comprises a large open-plan interior in two distinct parts: lounge and dining on the left. bar area on the right. There is recorded music and several sports TVs. The menu includes lunchtime specials and Sunday roasts. At the front is a patio with picnic tables. Bus 5 to Leicester stops outside.

Historic Interest

Large estate pub, built by John Smith's Brewery in about 1970. Originally the GREEK PLOUGH with a Greek style themed interior; later renamed PLOUGH and the interior became more traditional in style. The pub was built along with the surrounding village, alongside the local shopping centre and car park.
