Formerly the Clarence Hotel, this late Victorian (1898) Grade II listed building is impressive both inside and out. beyond the entrance porch there is a long, tiled and wood panelled main room with two smaller front rooms either side looking out onto the street. A grand internal staircase although this is sadly no longer in use.
Harrys bar is also the venue for the World Pie Eating Championships which occur mid December every year. Grade II link http://list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1384550. Sky Sports on TV

Built 1898 by WEV Crompton an impressive exterior of red brick and terracotta. Retains some old / original items - the counter looks old, good mirrored panels on the walls which may be old, old fixed seating, a tiled and cast iron fireplace on the right. Not Enough.
