The prince in question is the future King William IV. This is a very attractive, well appointed pub, with a wide menu of superb food and good beer. It has a comfortable airy feel to it. Real fires and no TVs or loud music make this a haven where you can actually chat with your friends. Nearby are great views and nice country walks. It is an ideal pit-stop for the family. Note - it has a fully equipped disabled persons WC, with baby changing facilities. It has a massive covered and heated outdoor patio and very child (and dog) friendly garden.
