Separate dining and drinking areas allow this country pub to cater for families while remaining a community local. Breakfast served 8.00 a.m. until 11.00 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.The pub serves quality beer, wine and food including good value breakfasts (eat in or take away), regular themed food nights (Thursday is Pie Night!) and a Sunday lunchtime carvery. Occasional beer festivals are hosted. Live music plays on Saturday and quiz night is Sunday.

The well stocked ice cream freezer is very popular in the summer months.
