A picturesque inn, built in 1827 as the local manse, offering views over Loch Long to the Arrochar Alps. The bar and restaurant are decorated in a traditional Scottish country style. Five handpumps offer ales from a variety of Scottish breweries, though the choice is more limited in winter. The large front lawn is a pleasant spot to enjoy a beer looking over the loch. The pub is popular with locals, daytrippers, hillwalkers and weekending tourists staying at the inn.
