A family run hotel near Burnisland seafront. Breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner are all prepared from local produce. The Sands is near to the links and handy for the summer fair and Highland Games in July which are the second oldest in Scotland (1652). There are four ensuite rooms, three with sea vews.
