History: Former hexagonal-shaped Wilsons / Websters house. It was named the Lonsdale at one point before reverting to its original name.

Opened c.1/6/1977 as a new-build Wilsons / Websters house named the Roundhouse. Planning Application J/1429 | Licensed premises and flat. Granted 28/10/1974.
