This Pub is Closed Long Term
Closed 9/5/2025, future uncertain. No planniing application found for change of use. The lower level external signage has been removed and the inside resembles a building site. Rumour has it that this is a permanent closure... Could closure be connected to new housing being built next door?
Largely open-plan, with a bar to the left. Karaoke and DJ nights are popular as the large interior allows plenty of room for people to circulate.
Historic Interest
In 1899 this was acquired with Henry Cardwell's Brewery, it became a Wilsons Brewery house.
