A friendly brick built pub, just inside the Devon/Dorset border. Part of the pub has been sold off as living accommodation thereby reducing the space and food covers. The bar is on the right hand side where locals tend to gather. There are rustic tables for dining and to watch sport on the TV. The toilets and a games/family room are down steepish stairs which can be difficult for the disabled. These stairs also lead to a courtyard garden and B & B accommodation in the old skittle alley. This area can also be accessed from the car park. A large grassed area is available via a wooden bridge. As well as providing lunches and evening meals there is also a carvery Sunday lunchtimes. There is also a takeaway menu which can be found on the website.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
