Large pub with two rooms on either side, with a single U-shaped bar serving both sides. One side is predominantly for diners and the other side caters more for drinkers, and also features multiple screens (including a large projector screen) for televised sports. Regular live music, karaoke and discos at weekends - see social media. Smoking area, car park, and beer garden with a small children's play area at rear. There's a separate Facebook page for the food here - called "The Kitchen at The George and Dragon" - which has menu and offer details. As at October 2026, Tuesday is pie night, Wednesday is curry night and Thursday is steak night.
