Large hotel, built in a mock castle style, located five minutes from the town centre and set on a large open square directly facing both the towns Parkway Bus & Railway stations. It has two Bars and a Restaurant, all open to non-residents.

Restaurant & Cocktail Bar: The central main hotel entrance leads to the Restaurant to the left of the hotel reception, whilst the Cocktail bar is on the right front corner of the building. The Cocktail Bar is a large rectangular room, with a clean, simple modern décor. There is a long serving bar and there are Four large TV's showing sport. The entrance corner has various War Memorial plaques and military badges.

Legends Bar: On the left end of the building, with its own separate front entrance is the "Legends Bar", this is more of a traditional sports bar, with two Dartboards and two Pool tables at the rear. It has lots of pictures of rugby "Legends" on the walls.

Both bars offer regular live music. And only serve residents after 11pm.

The hotel has rear step free access (which serves Hotel, the Restaurant & the Cocktail Bar) on the right-hand side in Oakwood Lane, but the door is locked, so Hotel must be contacted. No step free access at the front, the main hotel entrance has four steps and there are steps to the Legends Bar also. There is an accessible toilet.
