Refurbished in June 2016, The Nag's Head is a busy village pub, with two rooms, one quarry tiled with contemporary furnishing yet retaining a 'rustic' feel, the other with more comfortable seating split level and having attractive patterned tiling near the door. Each room boasts a real fire. To the rear is an attractive garden. No food, except for bar snacks comprising pork pies, olives etc.

Asset of Community Value nominated by the Nottingham Branch of CAMRA and registered on the 18th January 2016. The Nag's Head is in Rushcliffe Borough Council's East Leake Conservation Area. Recorded as a fully licensed public house in 1855 under publican B. Hutchinson and John Clarke in 1876 (Post Office Directories).
As at November 2017 the Nag's Head freehold (NT350896) was owned by Punch Partnerships (PTL) Limited [Reg. No. 3512363] and was transferred to Star (Heineken) on the 5th March 2018.
