The nearest pub to Southend United Football club this pub is very busy on match days and is home supporters only. Regular weekend entertainment on both Friday's and Saturday's. Quiz nights on Wednesday at 8.45pm. Pub dates from 18th Century and was reconstructed in 1923 to look as it does now. Up to 3 real ales are served.
