This Pub is Permanently Closed

A former Charrington's pub, The Duke of Clarence, converted for a time to be the Corrib Bar with no real ales. In Spring 2014 sold by auction and converted to religious purposes with most internal fittings quickly removed. The council is taking enforcement action against the conversion and this has been upheld by the Planning Inspectorate. In 2016 a planning application making the above legal was approved.
