A deceptively spacious, smart Victorian corner local taken over and refurbished by Antic in summer 2023. The bright and airy front bar leads through to a slightly more muted raised rear seating area. Has no garden but there is a small outside seating area at the side which acts as a sun-trap in the summer.

The original Forest Hill JD Wetherspoon pub was located here.
