Local listing:- Early Victorian public house. Low pitched roof concealed behind rendered parapet. Yellow stock brick first floor above rendered fascia and ground floor. The facade is symetrically composed with five windows above three doors and two intermediate windows. First floor windows have rendered surrounds and projecting mouldings on console brackets. Heads of ground floor doors and windows are half-round with keystone in centre of arch moulding on rusticated pilasters. The building is in a poor state of decorative repair. The parapet has rebuilt and roughly rendered without cornice. First floor windows have been replaced with mis-matched PVC windows with top-hung casements and fixed lights. Ground floor doors have been replaced with flush doors with applied mouldings and ventilation equipment mounted in each fanlight.
