A country pub in an early 18th-century, Grade II listed building. Closed for nearly 3 years from 2019, then reopened in December 2021 under new owners to serve the local community. Bus X19 passes the door. Ample car park. Garden.

Reopened December 2024 as the Gurkhas at Mother Huff Cap, serving Indian and Nepalese cuisines alongside a bar area with two real ales.
