Completely redecorated cosy country local with two log burning stoves and an extensive garden saved from threat of redevelopment by local resident who purchased the freehold enabling him to run it personally as an entirely free house. Evening opening hours are dependent on trade and may be extended if busy. The rotating guests will usually be either Bowman Swift One or Courage Best.
