This Pub is Permanently Closed

A community pub in the Park Barn Estate to the north of Guildford, built in the early 1970s. Sadly had something of a unsavoury reputation prior to its closure in 2013 following the revocation of its licence over drugs violence and under age drinking. In March 2017 planning permission was granted to build flats on the site and the pub was demolished shortly afterwards.
