This Pub is Permanently Closed

A traditional backstreet local which relied primarily upon regulars and wet trade. The pub was the nearest pub to the away fans' entrance for Aldershot FC and supporters were made very welcome.

The pub was owned by Fuller's for many years until being sold into private ownership in July 2017.

Closed and boarded up in September 2022 and the owner had their license revoked the following month, since when there were a number of attempts to convert it in all or part to other uses. Eventually In August 2025 planning permission was granted to convert the pub into a nursery, which opened the following month.
