This Pub is Permanently Closed

Sold in July 2013 to a local developer, who has subsequently shown no interest in reopening the pub. An ACV application was rejected in 2015. Rushmoor Borough Council rejected the first planning application to demolish the Queen's Head build housing on the site but accepted a re-submitted application, the pub has now been demolished and replaced by housing. The North Lane community has joined Heron's Wood and Tyce's Meadow communities in Aldershot in not having a pub.
