Self-styled country pub in the town, with the widest choice of beer and cider in the area. Comfortably furnished with conservatory leading off main room and bar area. Very popular at mealtimes especially Thursday market day and for the Sunday carvery. Beer garden at the front overlooking the High Street. Quiz nights on Thursdays, with live music most Saturdays.
