The Grange Club pavilion is a listed building dating from 1893. A small bar serves a good collection of draft beers, lagers and cider, including two real ales. There is an adjoining far larger lounge area and function area, which are used by club members and their guests. The bar only has one small window, but the lounge and function room give splendid views of the cricket ground. The function room is frequently hired out to raise funds for the club. To accommodate this facility, the bar has a Public House licence to avoid the need of signing in guests. Opening times on Friday and Saturday may be extended if there is a late function.

Formed in 1832, the Grange Cricket Club after several ground moves became based at Portgower Place in 1872, where it has remained ever since. The Grange Club was formed at Portgower Place in 1972, incorporating hockey, tennis, and later squash, as well as cricket. This private sports club regularly hosts Scotland’s international cricket matches.

NOTE: Closed Sunday in winter.
