NOV 2024 - Has reopened under new management, having been closed since March. Some details may have changed. Now has NO REAL ALE.

WAS: Pleasant corner pub frequented by locals and by the nearby workers. The comfortable lounge is divided into two separate areas with one down a few steps and mainly used for dining. Children permitted until 8.30pm in the lower area. Quizzes are held at 9pm on Tuesday evenings. Reduced bar and food opening times in winter - check with social media.
